Hundreds Expected for Charity Trail Ride

Loudon, NH — Whether you are a two-wheeled enthusiast or a four-wheeled fanatic, New Hampshire Motor Speedway is the place to be this weekend with the New England Classic Charity Trail Ride and the Richard Petty SRT track experience. The ride, which benefits cystic fibrosis and begins and ends at “The Magic Mile”, features hundreds of riders for a 200-mile ride through the scenic trails of New Hampshire.

Riders who participate in the New England Classic Charity Trail Ride will once again be treated to a barbeque lunch at the halfway point on both Saturday and Sunday.  Saturday night, participants can attend the Riders’ banquet. This year, the banquet will feature a same day video highlighting the day’s events. The cash bar and video will be open to non-dining event participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

“The Classic continues to be the top charitable fund raising trail ride nationally,” said Lisa Babaian, executive director of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Northern New England Chapter. “Riders can choose between a dual sport trail and a hero section along the way. It is the perfect weekend of riding and storytelling with good friends while supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in our mission towards a cure for cystic fibrosis.”

Also this weekend, the Richard Petty Driving Experience SRT track experience will take place on the speedway’s 1.6-mile road course. It is a one-day driving experience designed for SRT owners and performance enthusiasts to connect with the brand through an exciting day on the track driving SRT vehicles.
