Rain Postpones Whelen Southern Modifieds

Spring Classic 150 rescheduled for March 31

ASHEBORO, N.C. (March 24, 2012) – Due to persistent rain showers and a forecast calling for possible severe thunderstorms throughout the weekend, NASCAR and Caraway Speedway have postponed the Spring Classic 150 NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour race originally scheduled for Sunday, March 25.

The Spring Classic 150 is now rescheduled to be held next Saturday, March 31. All events scheduled for this weekend are now set for next Saturday with the Spring Classic 150 expected to start at approximately 8 p.m., immediately after first of two 50-lap Late Model Stock races – which starts at 7 p.m.
