Tracks by the Facts – Canaan Fair Speedway

Canaan Fair Speedway in Canaan, New Hampshire is the second of three tracks returning to the ACT schedule after several years. The 1/3-mile oval will host the 6th point counting event of the 2013 ACT season on Saturday, June 15.

· Canaan has hosted 6 ACT events to date.
· The first ACT event at Canaan was won by Phil Scott on September 6, 1997.
· The most recent event was won by A.J. Begin on June 26, 2005.
· Joey Laquerre and Phil Scott have both started all six ACT events held at Canaan to date.

· A.J. Begin’s win came in his first and only to date ACT start at Canaan.
· Brian Hoar holds the record for best average finish for any driver with more than one ACT start at Canaan. He has finished in the top 5 in all three of his starts with an average of 2.0.
