ATQMRA Brice’s NAPA Auto Parts ATQMRA Clean Start Program

The ATQMRA is looking to make a clean start with the Brice’s NAPA Auto Parts Clean Start Program. Each member of the organization will receive a complementary Napa package when they join the organization. Membership has its privileges and the ATQMRA wants to make sure everyone feels appreciated for their participation. A temporary membership program has been implemented that gives the benefits of a full membership for anyone wanting to come out for a race without making a full membership commitment. The first race for the ATQMRA is a few short weeks away at Mahoning Valley on April 25th.

Brice’s NAPA Auto Parts has signed on to provide each member of the organization with a membership package that includes cans of carburetor and brake cleaner hand cleaner and shop towels as well as a can of spray wax to help everyone get a clean start and clean up when a mess is made. The package will also include a copy of the organization’s 2015 rule book, a driver/team information forms to be filled out and returned and other promotional items from ATQMRA sponsors. Any business wishing to participate in the Clean start program should contact ATQMRA President Buddy Sload for more information.

Membership has its benefits. One of the things that many people are a bit surprised about when they look into racing with the ATQMRA is the cost of a membership. A full membership with the organization is $150.00. What most people don’t know is that the membership with the organization includes a K and K Member benefit program that provides up to $50,000 in coverage in the event a racer is injured at one of our scheduled events. Everyone knows just being transported to the hospital for evaluation and being released is expensive. The Member Benefit program with the ATQMRA provides our members an extra measure of insulation against the high cost of health care in case bad things happen.

ATQMRA temporary memberships are being made available. It allows someone to buy a one day temporary membership for $75.00. It provides the same benefits as the full membership at half the cost for one race. The same amount is due at the second race and an additional fifty dollars at the third race to convert the temporary membership into an annual one.

Mahoning Valley is holding open practice on April 4th. Bethel Motorsports Park and Wall Stadium are having open practices on both April 11th and the 18th. The tracks are giving teams a chance to test and tune and get up to speed in advance of the start of the racing season.
