Leary Doing Double Duty At Stafford and Monadnock

LearyTyler Leary has been racing on Friday nights at Stafford Motor Speedway in the Late Models and on Saturday nights at Monadnock Speedway in the Super Stock division. Leary thinks it is definitely a good feeling to run at both race tracks this season. He feels racing at two different tracks will give him more seat time and to learn two different styles of race tracks with two different kinds of race cars. “ As a driver I think it will increase my ability Totally different feeling.” Leary Said

Leary thinks the Late Model division is stiff competition down there. He raced the Spring Sizzler and would finish in 11th position. He would come back after 2 rain outs on May 20th and finish in 14th position. Leary has gotten two top tens in the last two races finishing in 7th and 6th. “ All the guys are very welcoming but it will definitely take some time getting used to down there. We’re in it for the long haul.”

Leary is looking to win the Super Stock Championship at Monadnock Speedway this season. Leary has finished in the top three in almost every race this season at the quarter mile oval. His worst finish was fourth. Leary picked up his first win of the season last weekend in the 25 lap Super Stock event. “ It’s definitely stiff competition field here to. Definitely a lot of cars that are very competitive week in and week out. I mean I am sure it’s on everyone’s mind. Really it all plays out in the end. There’s not much you can do about it. Will give it our best shot. We always do.”

Leary’s goals for 2016 is to win Rookie Of The Year in the Late Model division at Stafford Motor Speedway and just to run week in and week out without wrecking the cars.

Leary will return to action this weekend as he will race in the Late Model this Friday night at Stafford Motor Speedway and race in the Super Stock division this Saturday night at the Monadnock Speedway with Northeast Race Cars & Parts Tri Track Open Modified Series 100 lap event in tribute to Ron Bouchard.
