“Sunglasses at Night”; Tom Hessert Racing under the Lights at DuQuoin with Detour Sunglasses

Concord, North Carolina (September 1, 2016) – 80’s Pop singer Cory Hart sang about it in his (totally awesome) 1984 hit song, “Sunglasses at Night”; now Tom Hessert will wear his Detour Sunglasses at night under the lights in Sunday’s ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards – General Tire GRABBER 100 at the DuQuoin State Fairgrounds.

Detour Sunglasses, a proud partner of Venturini Motorsports (VMS), will celebrate Labor Day weekend’s unofficial end of summer party with primary sponsorship of Tom Hessert’s No.25 Detour Sunglasses Toyota on DuQuoin’s dirt mile.

Outfitting VMS drivers and crew members since 2013, Detour will extend a 25% discount on all online sunglasses and apparel orders between today and September 21, 2016. Simply visit Detour online at www.DetourSunglasses.com and use discount code VMS25 to receive your instant savings.

Detour Sunglasses, based in Chicago, Illinois, was founded in 2012 with the philosophy that sunglasses shouldn’t be so expensive that you’re afraid to wear them due to the fear that you might break or lose them. Detour wanted to make shades that you’re stoked on that won’t destroy your bank account. So take your Detours skateboarding, racing, biking, and surfing or wherever your little heart desires and put them to use! At Detour we believe life is too short to follow the path you’re told to follow. Make your own path, do what makes you happy, don’t be afraid to follow your dreams and just enjoy life. Every once in a while take a detour! “At the end of the day we’re all just kids chasing our dreams!” – Detour
