World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series I-30 Event Cancelled Due to Persistent Rain

Series Next Stop: LoneStar Speedway in Kilgore, TX on Sunday, March 26

LITTLE ROCK, AR- March 25, 2017- Due to a night of heavy rain hitting Little Rock, AR the World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series event has been canceled.

“We, unfortunately, got too much rain last night and we are not going to have enough time today to dry out the pit area and we don’t want to have to tow rigs in-and-out,” said Tracey Clay, I-30 Speedway Promoter. “The track would be a little swampy but it would be bad-fast and a great race but we just don’t have enough time today to dry out the pits.”

The Series and the track are looking at potential future dates to reschedule the event. Any updated information regarding this event will be posted to the Late Model Series website as well as on I-30 Speedway’s website.

The Series will continue down the road to LoneStar Speedway in Kilgore, TX for a 50-lap $8,000-to-win-event on Sunday, March 26, 2017.
