Action Heating Up at Seekonk Speedway

Seekonk, MA — As the weather starts to cool, the action is heating up at Seekonk Speedway.

As the summer starts to dwindle down, the excitement is hitting its hottest level of the season. With only four weeks remaining on the 63rd season at the Action Track of the East, fans can look forward to all kinds of events. This weekend, the True Value Modifieds come to town for their second of three events on the schedule. With Lisbon CT native Chris Pasteryak leading the points for the open wheel modifieds, this event will have an effect on the season long championship run.

One driver trying to play spoiler in that chase is Swansea’s Vinny Annarummo. Known as”Vinny Who?” Annarummo is a six time Seekonk Speedway Champion, who has won four of the last six modified events at, what he calls, His House. Front runners Kirk Alexander, Les Hinckley, mike Holdridge, Dwight Jarvis, and a host of others will take on some of the locals running part time in the True Value events at Seekonk.
