SMS Online Totals Nearly 700,000 User Accesses Last Year

Stafford Springs, CT — Stafford Motor Speedway Online, the official Internet – World Wide Web location of the Stafford Motor Speedway, had nearly 700,000 accesses last season. SMS Online’s 698,350 accesses resulted in 2,483,170 page views, meaning each user that logs onto the www.staffordspeedway.com views an average of 3.5 pages worth of information before leaving the site.

The figures for the 2010 season represent an increase of 17% from the 2009 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series season in terms of web visits. In SMS Online’s first full year of existence in 1997, the site totaled just under 212,000 accesses, meaning that SMS Online’s web traffic has increased by 330% since it’s first full year on the world wide web.

The high mark for the 2010 season in terms of web accesses was the month of July, with nearly 90,000 accesses and the high mark for page views in a month went to April with nearly 320,000 page views.
