Capps, Scully Attend NAPA Grand Opening
Wheelock’s NAPA Auto Parts had the grand opening for his 11th store in Middleborough, MA today. Two race car drivers were in attendance in Ron Capps and Tom Scully, Jr. Capps is sixth in NHRA Mello Yello Drag racing Series Funny Car points with the Countdown to the Championship Keystone Nationals at Maple Grove Raceway in Reading, PA October 1-4. Scully finished second in Pro Stock points with the $5,000 to win DAV Fall Classic at Seekonk (MA) Speedway Saturday afternoon.
Attendees could get a picture with the three World Series trophies the Boston Red Sox won in 2004, 2007, and 2013. Here are our interviews with Capps and Scully.
