Autoparts Swap ‘N Sell is a traditional winter automotive swap meet. It was created by an automotive enthusiast for automotive car enthusiasts. This annual event is a tradition that attracts thousands on a yearly basis. Considered by many as the largest indoor event of its type with 350 vendor spaces. Autoparts Swap ‘N Sell is for “hardcore automotive vendors”. Please – no household toys or garage sale junk items. Everything automotive is welcome and remember, this event is held in “extreme weather”, heated indoors.
SET-UP AREA: Space is estimated at 12’ x 15’. The frontage is 15’. Wall space may vary at 12’ x 12’ estimated. All space is preassigned by paid reservation. No advance confirmation is sent. No selling of food, candy, adult entertainment or weapons of any kind. NO ALCOHOL, BEER, ETC. ALLOWED IN VENDOR SPACES.
TYPE ITEMS SOLD: This show is for items associated with automotive market. It is for the automotive enthusiast only. Automotive parts and accessories only. NO HOUSEHOLD ITEMS, CLOTHES, FURNITURE, ETC. No non-related automotive items. All items will be checked at set-up.
VENDOR SETUP REQUIREMENTS: All vendors required to set up Friday. No exceptions. Times
FIRE REGULATIONS: No vehicles are allowed to remain in the building unless it is a special interest vehicle for sale. Displays must conform to all fire codes for 2008. Disconnect batteries and tape gas caps. Post a safety sign.
ALL VENDORS MUST STAY FOR THE DURATION OF THE SHOW: Your display area must be open and set-up during show hours. Vehicles for sale cannot be moved during show times.
SECURITY PROCEDURES: The show management, Start/Finish, or anyone associated with the event is not responsible for lost or stolen/misplaced items. For the management’s protection the show provides security and fire protection. Vendors are independent contractors and must provide their own insurance and liability. Management assumes no responsibility.

EASTERN STATE EXPOSITION COMPLEX: The facility owner Eastern States will charge for complex parking. Vendors will not receive parking passes.
Eastern MASS via MASS PIKE: west to exit 4, south on Route 5 to Route 147, west 1 mile.
ALBANY AREA via MASS PIKE: east to exit 4, south on Route 5 north to Route 147, west 1 mile.
