“Big Phil” Was Loyal Crew Member on Vic Miller’s #11
Long time crew member of the Miller-Perley race team lost his long battle with heart disease on Tuesday 12/04/2007. Phil started working with Vic Miller back in the 1980’s when Larry Record was driving the #11.
