Jay Miller and the #09 Team Prepare for 2008 Racing Season
Waterford, CT — SK Modified division driver Jay Miller and his #09 Team are busy preparing for the upcoming 2008 racing season, which promises to be an exciting one.
“Our plans are to run the full schedule at Waterford this season” said Miller. “We basically have totally revamped our primary car that we ran last year, from the ground up with all new parts and pieces. We’ll also have our backup car complete and ready to go. The team and I are really excited about the upcoming season and can’t wait for it to get started. We feel we can run competitively and contend for solid finishes.”
The #09 team kicked things off this season with an appearance at the Frank Maratta Auto Show, and will be at the Speedway Expo in coming weeks.
Once again the Jay Miller Racing #09 team will be using Chassis Dynamics race cars, with Performance Engines by Billy The Kid supplying the horsepower. Returning to sponsor the #09 team again this season will be Vasel Bros Construction, Gilli’s Gear Boxes, and Sign Techniques. The team would also like to thank supporters Don’s Auto Body, Advance Auto Body, Sunoco Race Fuels, and Paint by Scott Viets.
