Area Power Outage Forces Cancellation Of Wild N’ Wacky Wednesday At Speedbowl

Waterford, CT — The Speedbowl was forced to cancel its popular Wild N’ Wacky Wednesday program this week due to a power outage that left the track with no electricity. The incident stemmed from a traffic accident on RT.85, Hartford Road occurring a short distance from the track.

Action continues Saturday with a full program of NASCAR Whelen All American Series action. Also on the slate are the Legends and Pro-4 Modifieds.

Grandstands open at 4:00 with features scheduled for 7:00.
