NEMA General Meeting Dec. 7th
This year’s meeting will be held on Sunday, December 7th at Periwinkles Restaurant in Auburn, Mass. The meeting will start at 12:30pm sharp and lunch will be available.
As there will be no election of officers or board members this year, the purpose of the meeting will be to announce technical rules decisions and vote on any members/car owners’ submitted proposals.
To ensure compliance with our rulebook, please forward any technical or rule proposals to my attention via e-mail or US mail to be received NO LATER THAN CLOSE OF BUSINESS Monday, November 24, 2008. A full agenda and proposals list will then be distributed via e-mail to all 2008 members in advance of the general meeting.
