- Wild ‘n Wacky Wednesday on May 20th will also feature Women on Wheels for 4-cylinder X Cars.
- The ISMA SuperModifieds will begin their season for the third consecutive year at the ‘Bowl, visiting May 23 for a 50-lap event. Pricing is $30 for adult grandstands, $10 for youth grandstands, and kids 5 & under are free.
- Late Models will run feature only on May 23’s race program, race lineup will be determined by handicapping. Late Model teams will pit in the North Pit to welcome and accommodate ISMA SuperModified teams
- Pit Gates open at 12:00pm on May 23 for ISMA teams only, Speedbowl divisions at 2:00pm.
- Memorial Day Madness begins at 7:00pm Sunday May 24. Adult grandstands admission is $14 and youth (age 6-14) are just $5. Kids 5 & under are FREE. Grandstands open at 5:30pm.
- Gates will open early for May 30’s Modified Nationals event. Pit gates will be at 12:00pm, with grandstands at 1:00pm and practice beginning at 1:00pm. Any qualifying WILL PRECEDE the Pit Party which is scheduled to begin 5:00pm.
- Anyone interested in registering for 2009 Family Fun shows, for Demolition Derbies, Trailer Races, Speedway Bowling, or more should contact the track office more details. The first event is May 24’s Memorial Day Madness.
- Any teams interested in promoting the Speedbowl at car shows and charitable events throughout the area should contact the track office for more details and events. There are several community appearance events planned.
- Main grandstands gate will open at 5:30pm for Wild ‘n Wacky Wednesdays, with racing beginning at 7:00pm.
- NASCAR Whelen All-American Series owners, drivers, and active pit crew members that have not yet purchased NASCAR licenses must do so as soon as possible, the track will begin instituting spot checks for licenses.
- Those who have not completed their season pit pass hard card should contact the track office to make arrangements.
- SK Modified® and Late Model division tire inventory schedules have been posted for the 2009 season. They can be found in the 2009 Rules box, located under the Upcoming Events along the right hand side of speedbowl.com’s home page.
