Del’s Lemonade 100 up next for the True Value Modifieds at Seekonk Speedway
Seekonk, MA — On Saturday August 22, the True Value Modifieds return to Seekonk Speedway for the 4th Annual Del’s Lemonade 100. This will mark the second appearance for the True Value Modifieds in 2009 at “The Action Track of the East.”
The 2008 version of this event was washed out, with no available date for a reschedule. In 2007, Les Hinckley picked up his second Seekonk Speedway win, holding off Vinnie Annarummo, Tony Ricci, Dwight Jarvis and Kirk Alexander for the win.
In 2006, Louie Mechalides picked up his only Seekonk win, while Kirk Alexander was the inaugural winner in 2005.
The Del’s Lemonade 100 marks the 13th visit for the True Value Modified Racing Series to Seekonk Speedway. Jon McKennedy is the newest Seekonk Speedway True Value Modifieds winner, picking up the win in June of 2009.
