Rain stalls Fast Friday Series with NEMA Lites

Seekonk, MA — With a steady rain coming down, Seekonk Speedway management was forced to pull the plug on the Fast Friday Series on Friday, August 28, 2009. This is the fourth rain out of the season of 2009 for the Fast Friday Series.

With an additional week off, the Fast Friday Series returns on September 11, with only the 18th of September remaining on the Fast Friday schedule. The Seekonk Youth Racing Association, Pure Stocks, Sport 4s and Karts will be on the schedule for both events. No word as of yet if the NEMA Lites will be rescheduled.
