Brent is a salesman for R.R. Charlebois Inc. in Milton, where he also lives with his wife June, who is his spotter on race days.
2009 Season: Brent finished 5th in the final ACT Late Model Tour point standings in 2009. It is his 10th straight season finishing in the top ten. He has now finished in the top ten in 15 of the 18 ACT Late Model Tour seasons. His win at Twin State at the end of July was his ninth career ACT Late Model Tour win, which places him tied for fourth on the all-time ACT Late Model Tour wins list. His start in the New England Dodge Dealers Fall 150 at Oxford Plains Speedway was his 174th career ACT Late Model Tour start, the most for any driver. His ninth place effort was his 113th career top ten finish, which is also the most by any driver. Brent also won the second annual Coors Showdown at Chaudiere, which matches the top 11 ACT Late Model Tour competitors against the top 11 Série ACT Castrol competitors in a 200 lap event at Autodrome Chaudiere. He also became the first American to ever win a Série ACT Castrol event with his win at Riverside (Ste-Croix) Speedway in June.

Other types of racing: Brent also enjoys Motocross, in which he has won some major events throughout the Northeast. He would love to have the time and money to run the Baja with Jean-Paul Cyr.
Brent’s most meaningful statistic: He has won all the major events at both Thunder Road and Airborne Speedway. Thunder Road wins: Labor Day Classic (2004), Memorial Day Classic (2006), Milk Bowl (2006). Airborne wins: Spring Green (2004) and Fall Foliage (2004).
2010 Plans: Brent will run the Tour again with the goals of “building the best car we can, race hard, win races and enjoy it.”
