New England Truck Series at Monadnock Speedway
The New England Truck Series (NETS) will do battle for the first time under its new banner on May 22, 2010 in Winchester, NH along with the Monadnock Modifieds, Super Stocks, Mini Stocks, Young Guns, and Full Size Enduros scheduled events of the night.
“There could not be a better beginning for the New England Truck Series. Monadnock Speedway is the favorite track of the truck series with a great following of race fans. We are celebrating a new day in the life of our touring division”, states Series Director Lorraine Pard.
The high banking 1/4 mile feature race will showcase the stars of the region’s lone truck division as they look to start their action packed season off in hot pursuit of the coveted Series’ title. The green flag racing compeition begins with our seasoned drivers, and new rookies joining our racing family this season.
Defending Series’ Champion Andy Lindeman will lead the charge as he looks to add another seasons win to his resume.
The April 17 event at Albany-Saratoga was the first of the seasons scheduled events but mother nature stepped in canceling NETS 50-lap feature at the Malta, NY track.
