Kyle McGowan to Serve as Honorary Starter for CARQUEST Fall Final
Kyle McGowan, an 18-year old high school senior and fourth generation starter from Wall Stadium, will serve as the honorary starter for the 38th Annual CARQUEST Fall Final Weekend. McGowan will wave the green flag to send the Whelen Modified Tour on its way for 150 laps. McGowan began his flagman career at the tender age of 5 and he currently serves as the assistant starter at Wall Stadium and he has flagged at Atlantic City and the North-South Shootout.
