Matt Hirschman Makes It Three Wins at the North-South Shootout

Matt Hirschman of Northampton, PA, drove to his third win in the John Blewett III Memorial North-South Shootout victory at Concord Motorsport Park on Saturday night. Hirschman is the first driver to win the shootout three times.
