Speedway Children’s Charities to Host Inaugural Snowmobile Ride Sponsored by Malco Distributors of New England
Loudon, NH — The New Hampshire Motor Speedway chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities will host its inaugural snowmobile ride on Saturday, Jan. 22, leaving from “The Magic Mile” at 9 a.m.
The ride, SCC’s first fundraiser of 2011, will follow approximately 70 miles of the Granite State’s scenic winter trails and will conclude with a cookout at the N.H. Sno-Shakers Clubhouse in nearby Canterbury, N.H.
Weather permitting, riders with the need for speed can then return to the speedway and participate in radar runs for a charitable donation of $5. The event will conclude with a bonfire where participants can relax and share stories of their snowmobiling experiences.
As a bonus, anyone who registers for the snowmobile ride and purchases four or more tickets to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series LENOX Industrial Tools 301, the IZOD IndyCar® Series 225 or the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series SYLVANIA 300 prior to Feb. 28 will get $30 off the total purchase price.
Riders are encouraged to register online prior to 12 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 21, for a discounted rate of $30. Event-day registration will be $50. Participants who wish to be a passenger can join the ride for just $15.
