Stafford Speedway Cancels Friday, June 17th Summer Blast-Off Racing Card
Stafford Springs, CT — Stafford Motor Speedway has cancelled its June 17th Summer Blast-Off racing program due to inclement weather. Stafford Speedway will return to racing next Friday night, June 24th with the Inaugural Lincoln Tech Modified Racing Series event.
The Modified Racing Series will make its first of two visits to Stafford in 2011 and they will be joined by Stafford’s five NASCAR Whelen All-American Series divisions. Pit gates will open at 1pm, Modified Racing Series Practice begins at 3:15pm, Whelen All-American Series Warm-Ups will start at 4:05pm, grandstand gates will open at 4:15pm, heat races will start at 6:15pm, and feature events will begin at approximately 7:15pm.
Tickets for the Inaugural Lincoln Tech Modified Racing Series event are now on sale at the Stafford Motor Speedway Box Office. Tickets are priced at $25.00 for adult general admission tickets, $5.00 for children ages 6-14, free for children ages 5 & under, and $28.00 for reserved seats.
