Commemorative Tickets on Sale for Annual North-South Shootout
Asheboro, NC: With the 9th Annual John Blewett II Memorial North-South Shootout presented in loving memory of Charles Kepley only days away, now is the time to secure advance tickets. The traditional event scheduled for November 4&5, 2011 at Caraway Speedway will host the northern and southern modified stars in an all-out duel for racing supremacy. The event features 125 laps of green flag racing for the mighty Modifieds.
The SK-Type Modifieds, an equally as competitive and tenacious brand of open-wheel racing, compete in a 50-lapper of their own. The ultra-competitive CRA Late Models will go the distance in 100-laps of green flag racing. Support divisions include the USA Modifieds, Legends, and Caraway’s own Sportsman division.
The North-South Shootout has gained a reputation as being the most-anticipated event of the year. The hottest ticket in town is available by logging on to northsouthshoot.com, carawayspeedway.com or by calling Caraway Speedway (336) 629-5803.
Top-row VIP tickets are available for only $50.00. Reserved seats are also available for $40. Two-day adult general admission is only $35.00 and children’s tickets are available for ages 7-13 for only $25.00 each. Children 6 and under are free with a paid adult.

Each North-South Shootout ticket is a glossy, four-color commemorative ticket, worthy of any enthusiast’s collection.
The three –time and defending North-South Shootout champion Matt Hirschman is proudly displayed on the VIP tickets. Reserved Seating tickets feature Southern Whelen Modified Tour (SWMT) Champion George Brunnhoelzl III, Ryan Preece, Burt Myers, and the Hillbilly Racing #79. The likes of Late Model stars Chace Elliott, Ross Kenseth, Ryan Blaney and Derrick Griffin appear on the Adult General Admission tickets. Also, featured are Andy Seuss and SWMT Rookie-of-the-Year Austin Pack. Proud father Jason Myers appears on the Children’s ticket.
