2008 NASCAR Truck Champion Johnny Benson at Bass Pro Shop
Seekonk, MA — 2008 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Champion Johnny Benson will appear at the next MassCruisers cruise night at the Bass Pro Shop on September 6th. Johnny’s appearance will be from 5:30-7:30 for an autograph session and to promote the SEEKONK 200 at Seekonk Speedway, Saturday September 29th. Benson, will pilot the #74 Supermodified from the International Supermodified Association (ISMA) for their 100 Lap race.
Johnny has back to back wins in 2010 & 2011 and is anxious to return to the “Cement Palace”. “Seekonk Speedway is a track I really like. Please join me and the other cars and stars of ISMA for an exciting night of racing which also will honor a local legend of the Northeast Midget Association (NEMA), Boston Louie Seymour, in the headline event of the evening, The Boston Louie Memorial Classic," said Benson from his race shop.
