Serie ACT Castrol Presents 2013 Plan
Série ACT Castrol, in conjunction with the promoters of Autodrome Montmagny, Riverside Speedway, and Autodrome St Eustache, have come together to create an ambitious schedule for the 2013 season. The new schedule boasts over $400,000 in prize and purse money, and will offer many exciting new bonuses.
All Late Model racers are welcome for the increased purse money that will be offered throughout the 12-race program, but an additional bonus will be added for those competitors who choose to race 100% of the Series. An $80,000 point fund will be offered for competitors that participate in every race of the series, as well as another $80,000 in tire bonus money that will be spread equally among all 100% teams.
Added opportunities for both Série Castrol and ACT US Late Model teams will be run at New Hampshire Motor Speedway for the ACT Invitational, Airborne Speedway in Plattsburgh, NY, and several other venues throughout the Northeast.
Série ACT Castrol President Tom Curley said, “With the recent news of competition from the US-based Pro All Star Series, and change in ownership and direction at both Autodrome Chaudière in Quebec and Oxford Plains Speedway in the U.S., we appreciate the cooperation our Quebec promoters have given the ACT Quebec teams by helping organize a great schedule as well as these financial bonus plans for our Série ACT Castrol. We look forward to our seventh year of giving fans and competitors great racing in the Quebec and Northeast US region.”
The seventh year of the Série ACT Castrol will begin in May of 2013, and run through September.
