Série ACT Announces St-Eustache Doubleheader Finale
Waterbury, VT – Série ACT officials have announced the twice-postponed St-Eustache 100 at Autodrome St-Eustache has been rescheduled for Saturday, September 14th. The event will now be the first leg of a doubleheader weekend at the half-mile speedway to cap off the 2013 Série ACT season. The annual St-Eustache 300 will complete the title battle on Sunday, September 15th.
The St-Eustache 100 was originally scheduled for Saturday, June 1. Qualifying was completed before the rains came and washed out the feature event. When the green flies on September 14th Ontario’s Justin Holtom and Mirabel, Quebec’s Daniel Bergeron will lead the pack from the front row. Current Série ACT points leaders Patrick Cliche and Jean-Francois Déry will have to come from deep in the field from the 15th and 24th starting positions respectively.
The 2013 Série ACT Champion will be crowned the next day with the annual St-Eustache 300 season finale.
The second event of the Série ACT season is set to roll this Saturday, June 29th with a 250-lap event at Autodrome Montmagny in Montmagny, Quebec. Série ACT qualifying will start at 6:00pm.
