PRE-Annual General Meeting at the Thompson Clubhouse on Sunday, November 3, 2013 beginning promptly at noon.

Please forward to me any items that you feel need to be discussed by Tuesday, October 29th so I can Include them on the agenda. Remember this is your club, so participate, get involved.

I am still accepting nominations for Officers & Board Members and proposals. November 8th is the last day I can accept nominations and proposals to be voted on for the 2013 Annual General Meeting. The agenda will be sent out 2 weeks before the meeting.

I will also be taking reservations for the 2013 NEMA Banquet on Sunday if you haven’t contacted Deb Marvuglio yet and this Thursday, Oct 31st is the last day for discounted hotel rooms at the Hampton Inn.
