Tentative 2014 Lee USA Speedway Schedule Posted
LEE, NH – Lee USA Speedway has released a tentative 2014 schedule. The American-Canadian Tour (ACT) Late Models will begin their season on Sunday, April 13 with the traditional Governor’s Cup 150. Support classes are the North East Classic Lite and the NELCAR Legends Tour. ACT heat races start at 2PM.
A new event for the season is the recently announced Modified Bull Ring Bash on Sunday, May 11 at 12PM. The first event of the Tri-Track Open Series, the race will be operated by Jim Schaefer (AKA: Long Island Modified Maniac) and Dick Williams of the Racing Guys. The $5,000 to win open competition Modified race will also join then SBM 125 at Star SpeedwFay in Epping, NH and Open Wheel Wednesday at Seekonk (MA) Speedway. The first of 14 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series events will take place on Friday, May 30. The Valenti Modified Racing Series will make its first visit to the seacoast 3/8 mile on June 27, with a return for Oktoberfest Weekend October 11-12.
July 4 will have another NASCAR card with fireworks added to the event. The Granite State Pro Stock Series will make its inaugural visit on July 25.
The ISMA Supermodifieds and NEMA Lites will compete on August 8 for the Ollie Silva Memorial.
September 5 will close the NASCAR championship night.
Oktoberfest Weekend will occur on October 11-12.
