New England Truck Series Announces 2014 Triple Crown Series

American Sign Incorporated of New Haven, CT will sponsor a three event triple crown as part of the New England Truck Series 2014 Season. The series within a series will take place at three selected events, and the three drivers who accumulate the most points at these events will split a bonus purse of $500 provided by American Sign. However, if one driver can find victory lane in all three events, they will claim the second and third place share as well, and take home the whole Triple Crown purse. The May 31st event at Monadnock Speedway, July 19th event at Star Speedway, and August 16th event at the Waterford Speedbowl will make up the 2014 Triple Crown.

“I wanted to do something special for the New England Truck Series,” said Tony Lafo, President of American Sign Inc. “It’s a great series, and last season I had a lot of fun competing against these guys. While I am not racing trucks this year, I wanted to continue supporting the series. I look forward to awarding a check to the Triple Crown Champion at Waterford on August 16th.”
