Duane Noll Leads NETS to Monadnock Speedway Saturday
The New England Truck Series makes its first of three stops at historic Monadnock Speedway in Winchester, NH this Saturday evening. The 2014 season has started off strong for the Truck Series, featuring large fields, hard racing, and two close finishes.
Duane Noll will look to continue his victory streak at the high banked half mile, where he was victorious every time the series visited last season en route to his second championship. Former series champions Andy Lindeman and Chris Correll will each be looking to taste victory themselves for the first time in 2014, while Jason Lafayette and Mike Parker are both off to strong starts as well. Tyler Chapman holds an early lead over Cassandra Coates in the rookie of the year battle.
Chris and Roger Turbush stand first and third in series points after two events, but are not expected to make the trip with NETS to New Hampshire. Both are regular competitors in the Riverhead Raceway’s Pro Truck Division, but plan to make more NETS starts later in the season. Noll is second, with Lindeman and Correll rounding out the top five.
