Corey Deuser Announces 2015 Plans
Huntersville, North Carolina (January 22, 2015) – Corey Deuser and Corey Deuser Racing are pleased to announce their intended 2015 racing plans. Deuser will look to move to the southern-based Championship Auto Racing Series (CARS) for the upcoming season competing in the Super Late model division. After a successful run in the 2014 JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour, Deuser’s Driver Development consultant, Mike Calinoff, felt the CARS was a logical choice.
“Corey is a really good young driver who needs to be competing against a new level of competition. Running with some of the premier Southern Super Late Model competitors will prove to be a valuable move. Right now, we’re working on putting together additional funding to facilitate that effort,” said Calinoff.
The Deuser Racing team has been working over the offseason to prepare cars for this new venture in 2015.
The CARS tour highlights the best of Southern racing within a 10-race schedule. Tracks visited on the tour include Southern National, Hickory Motor Speedway, Concord Speedway and Myrtle Beach Speedway.
For Deuser, this will be a new adjustment as he learns not only a new series but is exposed to legendary race tracks.
“I’m looking forward to running my Super Late Model down South this season,” said Deuser. “The CARS tour has some great tracks and it’s going to be a lot of fun.”
