Devil’s Bowl Speedway Welcomes Divisional Sponsors in 2015

Rutland County businesses getting involved in stock car racing

RUTLAND, VT – Devil’s Bowl Speedway is on the rise as one of Vermont’s top family entertainment hot spots, and businesses in and around Rutland County are taking notice.  The region’s only dual-surface stock car racing facility welcomes several new and returning sponsorship partners in 2015 and is poised for continued growth with both its NASCAR-sanctioned 1/2-mile asphalt oval and its new 1/3-mile dirt track.

Bond Auto Parts has extended its sponsorship of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Modified division to a fourth consecutive year and will again present “Hard Charger” awards in the Renegade and Mini Stock classes.  Family-owned and based in Barre, VT, Bond Auto Parts is among the country’s leading auto parts retailers and has partnerships with the Boston Red Sox, the Boston Bruins, and New Hampshire Motor Speedway.  Bond Auto Parts supports Devil’s Bowl Speedway through its store on Strongs Avenue in Rutland.

Central Vermont Motorcycles increases its involvement in 2015, jumping up from the Mini Stock division to become the sponsor of the asphalt Late Model class.  Located on West Street in Rutland, Central Vermont Motorcycles’ powersports headquarters offers models from Arctic Cat, Can-Am, Honda, Kawasaki, Ski-Doo, Spyder, Suzuki, and Triton Trailers as well as a two-acre test track.  Central Vermont Motorcycles will also present the race event on Friday, June 19 at Devil’s Bowl Speedway.

Brileya’s Chrysler-Jeep joins the Devil’s Bowl Speedway family as the title sponsor of the asphalt Renegade division.  Located on U.S. Route 7 in Rutland, Brileya’s Chrysler-Jeep sells new and used models and also services and repairs all Mopar brands including Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and Fiat.  Devil’s Bowl Speedway will host the inaugural “Brileya’s Chrysler-Jeep 100” Renegade race on Saturday, May 23.

Portland Glass debuts as a Devil’s Bowl Speedway sponsor in the entry-level Mini Stocks for both the asphalt and dirt tracks.  Founded in Maine, Portland Glass is an industry leader and serves northern New England through 34 locations including its store on South Main Street in Rutland, VT.

Liberty Street Discount Beverage & Deli in Fair Haven, VT joins Devil’s Bowl Speedway as the sponsor of the Sportsman Modifieds on The Dirt Track at Devil’s Bowl.  The store offers a wide variety of groceries, baked goods, wine, spirits, and beer, as well as fresh-made pizzas, sandwiches, wings, and more.
