North East Street Stock Tour Team Penalized
Rules Violation at Monadnock Speedway
NO. STONINGTON, CT — The No. 3 team that competes in the North East Street Stock Tour has been penalized for a rules infraction discovered during post-race inspection, on July 11, at Monadnock Speedway (NH). This infraction violates the following Section of the 2015 rule book:
Rule 13
a) All frames/chassis must remain stock OEM. No repositioning, elongating, or over-sizing of any mounting holes in frame.
INFRACTION: Front lower control arm mounts were repositioned/altered.
As a result of this violation, driver Billy Clement, Jr. has been disqualified from his finishing position, and has been placed on probation through August 31.
