QUALIFYING: Preece Saves the Best for Last

Wins Second At Career Pole At Monadnock

MONADNOCK, N.H. – Ryan Preece loves racing on quarter-mile race tracks and tonight he will start on the front row at Monadnock after he saved the best for last during Coors Light Pole qualifying.

The Berlin, Conn. driver was the last car to qualify and he drove his No. 6 TS Haulers/East West Marine Chevrolet to a fast lap time of 12.428 seconds (72.417 mph). That lap put him just past Doug Coby who finished his qualifying run at 12.517 (71.902 mph).

Justin Bonsignore, who is going after his third consecutive win at Monadnock Speedway tonight in the O’Reilly Auto Parts 200, followed in third with Woody Pitkat and Keith Rocco completing the top five.

Todd Szegedy, who won last weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, will start sixth with Shawn Solomito, Eric Goodale, Brendon Bock and Donny Lia rounding out the top 10.

The O’Reilly Auto Parts 200 is slated to start at approximately 8:30 p.m.
