LFR Chassis Gears Up For Build Season
Thriving Chassis Company Offering Partner Gift Cards To New Customers
MOORESVILLE, N.C. (September 17, 2015) – Entering its second “build season” for Modifieds, and first for Super Late Models, LFR Chassis is looking forward to constructing more race-winning chassis and strengthening relationships with both new and current customers. After a busy year of growth and racing, the company is thrilled to enter the 2016 build season and offer its customers a little something extra.
“We’ve experienced very rapid growth at LFR, going from four employees to 14 in just 12 months,” said Rob Fuller, President of LFR Chassis. “When I acquired a company that built eight cars a year, and added the 10 modifieds I felt confident we could sell, I was geared up to produce 20 chassis per year. But in fact, in the past 15 months, we have manufactured over 70 chassis. Most of those chassis left our shop as complete cars, which adds to the workload. We are very fortunate, but at the same time, overwhelmed with the number of orders. Starting a new business, we had to get the shop entirely up and running from ground zero with machinery, parts inventory, and staff to meet the demand. It’s been crazy busy to say the least!”
LFR Chassis won the very first race it entered in the modified series with Doug Coby who has had a record year to date.
“We have been very fortunate to have great teams in our equipment,” said Fuller. “When these experienced teams got to see firsthand the product we’re providing and the support we gave, it was a compliment to our organization to have this caliber of teams come on board.”
LFR Chassis expanded the Mooresville, N.C. shop once in February and will expand again in November to keep up with growth.
“It’s been overwhelming trying to keep up with all of the orders and servicing the great customers that we have due to the rapid growth,” said Fuller. “But we have added staff members and changed some production processes to keep up with the demand, and we’re 100% ready for the build season. We took over another section of our building and will have the complete building by mid-November. In business, it is extremely important to control growth. That is something I have learned a lot about here recently. We are bringing on some great partners and now have a clear picture of what a chassis company that manufactures 100+ chassis per year needs to look like.”
As a special bonus for the build season, LFR Chassis is proud to announce that customers ordering chassis in October, November and December, will receive complimentary gift cards and products from partners including CV Products, Roush Yates Parts, Fluidyne Radiators and Five Star Bodies, just to name a few.
“After meeting with our parts suppliers, we came up with a little something extra for the racers to improve their race program,” said Fuller. “Starting in October, every team that places an order for a new LFR Chassis will receive a $500 gift card from Roush Yates Parts. We will announce the other promotions each month. It’s great to have suppliers that understand the needs in the industry. Five Hundred dollar gift cards and some free products go a long way to a team building a new car over the winter.”

“We’re excited to be building the best chassis in the market and give our customers a little something extra with their orders,” Fuller continued. “We’ve been able to celebrate over 27 wins with race teams across the country in our first season, and we’re looking forward to helping more racers visit Victory Lane in 2016!”
