NETS 2015 Season Championship Awards Banquet
The 2015 New England Truck Series awards banquet was held at the Imperial Room, in Danielson, CT this past Saturday night. Pictured above are the top 6 in points with their hardware. To the far left is the 2015 Series Champion, driver of the #88 truck, Roger Turbush, who also won the Hard Charger Award. Next is Frank Dumicich Jr. # 42 finishing 2nd in the points battle and also taking home the award for the Best Appearing Truck. Next is the driver of the 151, Bert Ouellette finishing 3rd in the points and received the Most Improved Driver Award. In fourth place, the # 29 of Josh Stringer along with Rookie of the Year Award Sponsored by R.A.D. Frank Dumicich Sr. only ran a limited schedule but still grabbed the 5th spot in points with his # 5 machine.
The senior Dumicich also was voted the New England Truck Series Sportsman of the Year. Tyler Chapman # 81 had great results running a limited schedule. His year included a win and finished 6th in the final point standings. There were many announcements made which will be covered in detail on the New England Truck Series website. Congratulations to Roger Turbush on his 2015 Championship win, and the drivers for their outstanding 2015 season run.
