Anytime Realty to Sponsor Seekonk NWMT Race

Get ready for some ground pounding modified action at the AnytimeRealty.com 150 on September 10! You’re invited to the AnytimeRealty.com 150 September 10th @ Seekonk Speedway

Seekonk Speedway is proud to announce a primary sponsor for the 2016 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour 150, slated for Sept. 10. The AnytimeRealty.com 150.

Anytime Realty, owned by Don Parsons, will sponsor the 150 lap feature that will showcase top modified talent from across New England as the drivers chase the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour championship. Names like Doug Coby and Justin Bonsignore will battle it out side-by-side for the chance to call themselves a winner at the ‘Cement Palace’.

“My goal is to become the racers choice when the drivers think about real estate and the Whelen Tour is the big stage,” Parsons said. “The racing community is a very diehard group and I feel like my company can be the top choice for all of the racers. This was the right time for me, putting a Whelen Tour race with my company helps improve us as a business and the track.”

Anytime Realty was started by Parsons in May of 2014. The company covers the Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut region and services their customers using more than ten agents.

The Sept. race falls in the middle of an intense stretch for the tour. It includes a stop at Oswego Speedway (Sept. 3), then Seekonk, before the tour hits the 1.5 mile New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Sept. 24. They will then conclude the season with stops at Stafford Motor Speedway (Oct. 2) and Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park (Oct. 16), where the champion will be crowned.

The most recent tour appearance at Seekonk was 2005, when Eric Beers drove “Ole Blue” into Everett’s Auto Parts victory lane, beating out John Blewett III while leading 80% of the laps.

Other past Seekonk winners include Chuck Hossfeld, who scored the victory in 2004, while Ed Flemke Jr. took the checkered flag in 2002. Chris Kopec (2001), Jerry Marquis (2000) and Reggie Ruggiero, who won the inaugural event in 1987, also have taken the checkered flag at the Action Track of the East.

“We are excited to partner with a first class company like Anytime Realty as a sponsor for this marquee event,” Ed St. Germain, Director of Business Development for Seekonk Speedway said. “We look forward to a great longterm relationship with a firm that is committed to short track racing and its fans.”

On Saturday, Sept. 10, the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour will be joined by the Seekonk Speedway NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Division II Late Models, Division III Street Stocks and Division IV Sports Trucks. The Division I Pro Stocks, who normally race weekly at the famed oval, will take the night off.
