Rains Continue to Wreak Havoc On Gulf South Weekend with the Devil’s Bowl Now Washed Out

TULSA, Okla. (May 27, 2016) That’s two for Mother Nature this weekend, as continued wet conditions on Friday with very little sun has made the grounds of the half-mile impassable, forcing Lanny Edwards to call off Saturday’s showdown with the Griffith Truck and Equipment ASCS Gulf South Region presented by Southern Trailer Works.

As of now, Sunday at the Lone Star Speedway in Kilgore, Texas is still on. Updates, if any, will be passed along as soon as they are made available.

Fan can also get updates straight to their cellphones by texting the word ASCSNAT to phone number 84483. The texting service is free, but standard messaging rates may apply.

Brown (In Memory of Jim Brown), Armstrong/Pate Racing, Team Lucas, Smiley’s Racing Products, Hoosier, Tire, Brodix, and Racediecast.com.
