Rivet Looking To Improve At Monadnock
Kimmy Rivet has been racing in the Sportsman Modified division this season at Monadnock Speedway. Heading into this season, Rivet is looking forward to getting some podium finishes and hope to get a win.She has finished third twice in two of the last three races at the quarter mile oval. The crew really worked hard over the winter to get the car ready. “ The car is amazing. Best it’s ever been.” Rivet Said
Rivet is hoping to avoid the wrecks this season. Her worst finish all season has been 8th. “ There’s always that one pretty decent wreck and last season that’s where we ended up almost every time because we were a little bit slower than everyone else so you ended up getting run over so hopefully we can avoid that as much as possible this year.”
Rivet’s goal is to get podium finishes and to get that win and to keep the car in one piece. Rivet and the rest of the Sportsman Modified division will be back in action this Saturday at Monadnock Speedway.
