Crash-A-Rama Set for Saturday at Holland International Speedway
Enduro Races, School Bus Figure 8 Race, Boat-Trailer Race, Chain Race and more are all on the Card
HOLLAND, New York (September 8, 2016) – The thrills, the spills, the crashes, the spectacle that is Crash-A-Rama will return to the historic high banks of Holland International Speedway on Saturday September 10th as the 2016 racing season will come to a close with a bang!
As part of the “wildest show on wheels”, The Cannon Lady and Radical Rob the Human Bomb will start the show off with a bang! “The Boom Couple” as they are called, are so exciting to watch and the fans will be going nuts when they are performing” says Steven Petty, Director of Public and Media Relations for Holland.
The School Bus Figure 8 race, as well as the Boat-Trailer Race, is always fan favorites. Coming back for the Holland show is the Reverse Chain Race, where two cars are chained together as they tackle the 3/8th’s oval. Other events include an Enduro, flag-pole race and a demolition derby just to name a few that will keep all the fans on the edges of their seats throughout the show.
As the weekend of Crash-A-Rama sits on the 15th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks, the first 2000 fans will receive a mini US Flag, that was made in America, to wave proudly to be apart of our Patriotic pre-race ceremonies. Fans are encouraged to bring their own US Flags that are NOT mounted to a flag pole of any kind. Handheld wooded dowel flags are OK to bring into the grandstand area.
Tickets are still available by heading over to www.hollandspeedway.com as well as purchasing pre-sale admission tickets at Advance Auto Parts throughout Western New York that will allow fans to enter the grandstands one hour before the general public. Tickets will also be available at the Holland Speedway Box Office the day of the show but fans are encouraged to purchase tickets early to avoid the long lines at the Box Office the day of the event. Fans are also encouraged to use #HollandCrashARama on social media to get ready for the “Wildest Show on Wheels”.
