Rain Forecast Postpones Stafford Speedway’s NAPA Auto Parts Fall Final to October 8th & 9th
Stafford Springs, CT — With a forecast calling for rain throughout the entire weekend, Stafford Motor Speedway has announced that it has postponed its NAPA Auto Parts Fall Final Weekend that was scheduled from its originally schedule dates of October 1st and 2nd to October 8th and 9th.
The NAPA Fall Final Weekend will carry over the same schedule with the Stafford Paddock Area opening at 10:00amon Friday, October 7th with Whelen All-American Series teams able to park their trailers from 10:00am-4:00pm.
Saturday, October 8th will see the paddock area open at8:00am with practice for all divisions running from 10:00am-2:15pm. Qualifying will start at 2:30pm with feature events for the SK Lights, Ltd. Late Models, DARE Stocks, Mr. Rooter Trucks, and TQ Midgets getting started at approximately4:30pm. Spectator gates will open at 10:00am.
Action continues on Sunday, October 9th with spectator gates opening at 10:00am, the NAPA Pit Party will run from11:00am-12noon, and the SK Modified® feature will take the green flag at 1:00pm followed by the Late Model feature and the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour feature at approximately3:15pm.
In order to accommodate the Legend Cars Nationals, Legend Cars will practice on Saturday with the feature lineup begin determined by Stafford Speedway’s pre-qualifying system. The Legend Cars feature will be the last feature event of the day on Sunday, Oct. 9th.
Tickets for the NAPA Auto Parts Fall Final Weekend are on sale now at the Speedway Box Office. Tickets are priced at $38.50 for adult general admission tickets, $5.00 for children ages 6-14, and children ages 5 and under are admitted free of charge when accompanied by an adult. Reserved seating will be priced at $42.00 for all ages. All ticket prices include 10% CT Admission Tax. Visit your local participating NAPA Auto Parts Store for discount tickets.
