Opportunity to Sponsor Snowball Derby Laps Still Available
Pensacola, FL — On Sunday, December 4, one of the nation’s most prestigious short track racing events, the 49th annual Snowball Derby, will take place at Five Flags Speedway (FL) in Pensacola, Florida. For businesses, race teams and race fans, a new lap sponsorship program is an affordable way to receive exposure during the major stock car racing event.
With over a month and a half remaining until the best Super Late Model racers in the country race 300 laps on the big stage, there is still plenty of time to purchase a lap, two or 20.
The new lap sponsor program, which been created through a partnership with Five Flags Speedway officials and Speed51.com, will see all of the money raised through the program go directly into the racer’s pockets.
Should all 300 laps be sold at $50 per lap, there is a possibility for racers to earn upwards of $15,000 throughout the race in lap money alone. The lap money will not be guaranteed for unsold laps.
A list of available laps is now available for viewing on Speed51.com by clicking here, so you can choose which particular lap to pick and if it is still open. Whether it’s your favorite number, your favorite driver’s number or you just to support one of the most prestigious short track races in the country, the door is open for you.
For information on how to purchase laps, please email tim@snowballderby.com or call the Five Flags Speedway office at 850-944-8400. Laps will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
