William Wall Claims Thompson Late Model Championship
William Wall won his first NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Late Model championship at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park Friday night with a third place finish in the 54th Annual Sunoco World Series of Speedway Racing.
Former champion Rick Gentes picked up the win after Tom Carey III was disqualified.
Wall will compete in today’s American-Canadian Tour 75-lap feature. He finished eighth in this event last year when he made his series debut.
