Three nights, three complete shows on tap at Lernerville Speedway June 22 – 24

CONCORD, N.C. – May 19, 2017 – The World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series is set for three-days of action-packed racing at the 11th Annual Firecracker 100 at Lernerville Speedway, Thursday, June 22 through Saturday, June 24.
Each year the Firecracker 100 has continued to be a crown jewel event in dirt Late Model racing. With its big pay day, it’s one of those marquee events that drivers circle on their calendars. Drivers will compete in three-nights of non-stop, side-by-side racing at the high-banked 4/10-mile Lernerville Speedway.
In addition to the hot action on the track, the Firecracker 100 includes an incredible array of family-friendly events that allow fans of all ages to interact with their favorite drivers. All drivers have been invited to participate in the a kickball tournament – a charity kickball tournament organized by the Jeff Gordon Children’s Foundation. Proceeds will go to children’s cancer research. Stick around after the kickball tournament and pick up a piece of racing memorabilia at the raffle/auction from one of your favorite drivers.

Fans will also have the opportunity to challenge some of their favorite Late Model Drivers in a Cornhole and Horseshoe tournament. Add in an autograph session and a post-race concert on Thursday and Friday presented Y108 – the Firecracker 100 has it all!
Three nights, three complete shows, $6,000 to the winner of both Thursday and Friday. Saturdays “Uncle Sam” non-qualifiers Feature will be a $3,000-to-win.
The stars of the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Models Series look to grab one of the largest pots of the season, with a $30,000-to-win payday by winning the Firecracker 100-lap Feature.

With each advance reserved seat ticket package to Thursday and Friday’s show, fans will receive a VIP Pit Pass Credential; getting the opportunity to check out the check out the machines up close and personal.

The main gates open at 5 p.m. (ET) on Thursday and Friday, and 4 p.m. on Saturday. Hot Laps are set to begin at 6:50 p.m. all three nights.

With so much excitement going on you’re never going to want to leave the track grounds. Camping will be $50 for the entire weekend. We offer a variety of camping packages to suit all types of parties. There will be family-friendly and party-friendly reserved areas as well as the always popular trackside camping.
