King of the Wing Announces Cancelation of Canadian Tour Dates

May 6, 2018 – Mountain Home, ID – King of the Wing partner group announced today that the races scheduled for Delaware and Jakasa Speedways in Ontario, Canada have been canceled. Because of several different, yet legitimate reasons, we could not secure a sufficient number of teams to commit to the weekend. Series Director, Tom Hartsell said, “We were looking forward to bringing the series across the border, however since we could not guarantee a full field of cars for the promoters and fans we felt it was best to cancel the races.”

The series will now kick off the season at Colorado National Speedway for a two-race show July 6th and 7th.

JMS News and Updates
June 23rd Race Event Update

Hagersville, Ontario (May 8th, 2018)

We unfortunately received a phone call from the organizers of the King of the Wing National Sprint Car Series yesterday afternoon and at that time they informed us that they are going to cancel the June 23rd date with JMS along with the June 22nd date at Delaware Speedway due to not being able to secure enough race teams to put a show on that the fans deserve. This is very unfortunate news that has taken us by surprise and we are very disappointed but is something that we ultimately had no control over and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

We feel that our race event on June 23rd is still very strong and with the late addition of the Outlaw Super Late Models to this weekend along with the second leg of the OSCAAR Modified and Hot Rod Series the racing will be fantastic. We will look at ways to possibly enhance the program in the coming weeks if possible.

We hope you will still choose to come and enjoy the event on June 23rd but if you were specifically coming to see the King of The Wings and would like to request a refund we understand so if that is the case please send us a note to info@jukasamotorspeedway.com or call the speedway office at 289-975-4999.

If you click on this link you will see the release that the organizers put out on their website   http://www.kingofthewing.net/ Media/news.html

Once again this is unfortunate and thank you for understanding, we are looking forward to seeing you all soon.
