Sapulpa, OK……..Rain forced a second straight cancellation of the Southwest Sprint Car Series’ “Freedom Tour,” claiming Thursday night’s race at Creek County Speedway. The tour will try again Friday and Saturday at 81 Speedway in Wichita, Kans.
