Speed Shift TV will Air Both Nights of Western World

San Tan Valley, Arizona………Speed Shift TV has live coverage for both nights of the 51st “Western World Championships” from Arizona Speedway this Friday and Saturday, November 2-3.

The field features the top guns from the USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Car tour and the USAC/CRA Sprint Car circuit.   Both series are in the midst of tight points battles with just five races remaining.

Cullman, Alabama’s Kevin Thomas, Jr. leads Indianapolis, Indiana’s Tyler Courtney by just 34 points while reigning series champ and 2016 “Western World” 410 winner Chris Windom of Canton, Ill. resides in third, 62 points behind the leader.

Meanwhile, in the CRA standings, Garden Grove, California’s Brody Roa stands atop the points by 20 markers over six-time champ Damion Gardner of Concord, Calif., who is aiming for a sixth-straight series title.

The card features a doubleheader of 410 and 360 sprints with the Southwest Series also on hand for two complete programs both nights.  Thomas Meseraull and Chase Stockon won each end of the USAC National/CRA show in 2017 while Brady Bacon and Chris Windom captured the pair of Southwest features.

On both nights of Western World, the pits open at 2 pm and front gates at 3 pm.  The drivers meeting is at 4:30 pm with cars set to hit the track at 5:25 pm Mountain time.
