Spotsylvania, VA……..Rain has forced cancellation of Saturday night’s USAC Eastern Speed2 Midget finale, leaving Jessica Bean of Farmland, Ind. with her second straight series championship. She finished 43 points ahead of Nolan Allison. Bean posted a pair of feature wins, three seconds and four thirds in 10 starts.
